App to restore Spotify Radio functionality

Spotify recently removed the Spotify radio functionality from their app. This app restores it. Simply share the playlist with this app, click the "Start Radio" button from within the app or click it's notification while playing a track in a playlist on Spotify and it'll start the radio of that playlist.
